Last nights dinner was amazing! (See above photo) Summer squash "pasta" and an amazing Marinara sauce my hubby made.
So far raw vegan has been great! I did feel a little nauseous last night but that's just my body detoxing.
After these 3 weeks are done we really want to try and eat at least 51% raw in each meal. This isn't just to loose a few lbs and look my best but to be a healthy person. More and more I realize modern medicines are not for me and the best way to treat sickness is to start it before it happens with a clean food lifestyle.
